Happy Birthday, Bug! Nine. You are 9 years old. It feels as though yesterday we were walking through the doors of our house shocked that they let us take you home with us. No clue what we were doing...but so in love with you. We sure do feel incredibly blessed to call you ours. This last year has been a really hard year for you. So many challenges that we wish you didn't have to face, so many painful and heartbreaking days for you. However, we are going to cling to the good days. The days filled with sweet smiles, loved ones, laughter and a happy little girl just being with the people she loves. We are thankful that God has seen us through all of our days...but mostly that He has seen you through them. We don't know why God allows some of the harder things to come your sweet way...but we see His amazing light in you every day. Every single day with you is a gift.
We love you, Bug. Beyond what you'll ever be able to comprehend. We hope and pray that you have the HAPPIEST birthday today. We are going to do our very best to make sure that you have tons of smiles and laughter! This next year is going to be a good one. We see alot of joy coming your way and new adventures too! We are going to continue to do our best to trust Jesus with each and every one of your days! Your momma and daddy love you to the moon and back, sweet Bug!
