Happy birthday, my beautiful girl! I've been blessed to have been your mother for a decade. There is no greater gift or joy than being a mom...and being your mom. From the very moment that you were placed in my arms I've had the honor of feeling the purest love I've ever known this side of heaven. While your little life holds many struggles daily you remain the sweetest and most joyful girl. You have been the laughter in my smile, the salt in my tears, the warmth in cuddles...you are my first miracle. I thank my heavenly Father that His plans for my life included you. You are forever our "sweet little darling".
I am praying a prayer of thanks for your life on this day. 10 years...each one a precious gift we don't deserve and didn't know for sure we would get to have with you. Your life has taught me more than I could ever possibly put into words. You have shown me Jesus in a real, tangible and powerful way over and over. A mom should be so lucky to get to parent you...and I am that mom. Thank you precious girl for the most amazing first decade of being your momma. Hills and valleys we have faced together....and God has been there for all of them. I love you more than you'll ever know!
