A couple of days ago I posted a plea of prayer for sweet "Tomas"...God has heard our prayers. His current foster family...the home he has been for the last six months that originally felt that they could not be a permanent placement has had a change of heart...they long to be his forever home. My friend let me know it was upon hearing his sweet voice look up and say the simple words of "dada" that melted the father and they could not even imagine letting him go. They had already been struggling with the thought and that just set the thought in concrete.
I firmly believe that God used the power of prayer to make this little miracles life story have an ending that will leave him an orphan no more. One less...
"But let all who take refuge in You rejoice;
let them sing joyful praises forever.
Spread Your protection over them,
that all who love Your name may be filled with joy.
For You bless the godly, O Lord;
You surround them with Your shield of love."
Psalm 5:11-12
