Sweet 16. How did it get here so fast? Seriously, how? In my eyes, you are still that tiny 5 lb. 14 oz. baby girl in a stocking, the toddler that said "hold you" and pointed at everything and said "whats at?". I don't know if that will ever change.
I want you to know that you are one of God's greatest gifts to me. You are smart, funny, kind, sassy, talented, beautiful inside and out, and a good friend to anyone who needs a friend. I love your heart for people and the desire to make others feel welcomed wherever you are. I love that you know 127 K-Pop dances, that you speak Spanish and Korean and are learning Mandarin, Japanese...God has given you that as a gift to be able to understand and love languages so deeply! Can't wait to see how He uses that in your life!
You are entering a season that is hard. Growing up and stretching out your wings--testing them--and learning so much about who you are and how you are wired. It is your daddy and I's prayer that you always allow your relationship with Jesus to be first in your life, that you are obedient to His calling, that you see Him in the details and allow Him to show you His plan and His story for your life. No matter what that looks like--we are here to cheer you on every step of the way!
